Online training

Braten worked on his first online training project when all Emergency Services in Norway were to start using the Tetra communication system - a major leap in societal safety, as the system was encrypted. Braten was at the time serving as Police Superintendent and Assistent Professor at the Norwegian Police University College.

As part of a small team developing a communication simulation - and online training program for all Law Enforcement personell, Braten gained experience in how to develop and execute large scale online training programs. He left the service in 2010 - founding Braten Organizational development and leadership training.
