Organizational Psychologist

 Ole Andre Braten hos a M.Phil degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oslo. In 2008 he founded his own practice - and has delivered organizational development programs, leadership training and teambuildning for public and private sector since. 

Mr Braten trained as an organizational psychologist alongside serving in the Norwegian police for 10 years - holding positions ranging from Criminal Investigator, Operational Police Officer - Police Superintendent and Assistant Professor for the last 5 years at the Norwegian Police University College.   

 Today he is a trusted advisor - implementing reserched based framworks in organizational development, change and transformation process. He has published several books in the topics of Conflict and Crisis Management - covering themes from societal safety to corporate security.
